Infrastructure in European data centres, defined as code and deployed automatically. You always know where your data is, who can reach it, and how a change gets to production.
Where your data lives has become a business question: customers ask for it, contracts require it, and the legal ground for transfers to countries outside the EU keeps shifting. Infrastructure in Europe takes that topic off the table.
We set up the infrastructure for your application in EU data centres, with Hetzner in Germany and Finland or Scaleway in France, the Netherlands and Poland, on cloud instances or dedicated servers, whichever fits your load. We describe all of it as code: Terraform and Ansible for servers and networks, containers for build and runtime, pipelines that test and deploy every change, and monitoring on top. GDPR requirements are part of the plan from the start: what data is stored, where it lives, who can access it, and how long it is kept.
When we host or process personal data for you, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. It lists every subprocessor involved, from the data centre to the backup storage, so you have the paperwork ready when your customers or your data protection officer ask.
Our DevOps toolbox
Servers, backups and logs stay in EU data centres. Encryption in transit and at rest, access only for the people who need it, and every subprocessor documented.
Servers, networks, configuration and pipelines live in a repository. Staging and production come from the same code, a new environment is a pipeline run, and the setup can be reviewed and handed over.
Tests, static analysis, build and deployment run automatically on every commit. Nobody has to remember the release checklist, because the pipeline is the checklist.
Analytics, error tracking, file storage — where it makes sense, we run open-source tools on your own infrastructure instead of sending data to third parties.
What runs where today, which data is personal, and how does a change get to production? From this we derive the setup, the GDPR paperwork and the first things to automate.
We build the environment as code in EU data centres, set up the pipelines and move your application over step by step, with a way back at every stage.
Your team runs it with our documentation, or we take over updates, backups, monitoring and alerting. Both work, and you can switch later.

Shop and servers from one team: hedge10 keeps developing our Magento shop and runs the entire infrastructure behind it. After more than ten years of working together, we know we can rely on them.

Our website grows with us: hedge10 keeps our Statamic site and the server behind it up to date and develops it step by step. That lets us focus entirely on our business.

You talk directly to the people who write your code: in your chat, your issue tracker, your pull requests. No ticket queue and nobody in between.
We join your standups, work in your repository and follow your review process. You see every change as it happens, not in a monthly report.
Code, infrastructure and documentation are yours from the first commit. We stay until your team can carry on alone, and keep running things only if you want us to.
We act as advisors and architects, not just developers. We want to be as proud of your project as you are. Custom software and the infrastructure it runs on: that's what we do best.
